Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us undamaged.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
